Car Hire
Most major car hire companies have vehicles available at the airport. You can instantly compare prices between major car hire companies and make an online booking by visiting the Discovery Car Hire website. The prices given are the same or better than those available from the suppliers own web sites.
If you would prefer to make your way to Elysium Apartments by other means then hire a car for a day or two once you get here, that's not a problem. We have vehicles available right here on site for hire. In busy times of the year though, it may be wise to pre-book one through us. Just drop us an email with your requirements.
Taxi
The cost is approximately $54 during the day but will vary depending on the time of day/night and duration of the trip (traffic delays etc.). Taxis are usually found waiting outside the terminal.
Local Bus
There is a bus that leaves the airport usually every hour but sometimes every 2 hours and sometimes every 45 minutes. It doesn't operate after midnight or before 5:30am most days. You don't usually need to pre-book it. Tickets are available at the airport for $16/adult one way.
Shuttle Bus
We use a "Meet and Greet" shuttle bus company that many of our guests take advantage of. The company will schedule a bus to meet your particular flight. As you step into the arrivals lounge a representative will be holding a sign with your name on it. He or she will then direct you to the waiting bus after you have collected your luggage. The cost is $18 / adult or $16 / child (4-14). We can book it for you if you provide us with the number of adults/children, arrival time and flight number.
