What the guest liked most
From our original contact with Elysium Apts, everything was done with professionalism and all our requests were accommodated with no fuss or hassles. The Managers were very professional, friendly & extremely helpful. On entering our apartment, we were 'stunned' by the cleanliness and the overall way it was presented, the decor was of a very quality, a pleasure to experience and the big bonus, having 2 couples in the one apartment, was to have a 2brm/2bathroom apartment at our disposal, something that is not always offered in the accommodation industry.

What the guest believed needed improvement
Having travelled extensively, we fail to see how we can comment on improvement at Elysium, as we thought the apartment was 'up there' in the high star category, and we will have no hesitation in coming back to stay at Elysium Apts, and certainly will recommend Elysium apts to anybody we know that is looking for accommodation in the Palm Cove Area.
